CrossFit classes are 1 hour in duration and utilize weightlifting, endurance training, and bodyweight-based exercises to take your fitness to the next level. Whether you’re just returning to a regular exercise regimen, training for a specific event, or are simply bored with the typical gym scene, Ross Valley CrossFit’s world class coaching staff, supportive community, and fun group energy provide all the motivation you need to reach your fitness goals.

You can expect a different WOD (workout of the day) every day, and each WOD is designed to build strength, burn fat, and enhance cardiovascular capacity through constantly varied, functional movements done at high intensity. This type of functional training insures a full body workout that enhances strength, speed, power, stamina, agility, accuracy, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.

The results are a fitter, faster, leaner, and stronger body. We use barbells, dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, plyometrics, pull-up bars, rings, ropes, rowers, and jump ropes, to name a few. The results arrive ridiculously fast, classes are fun, and the energy is addicting.

Ladies, if you’re looking for a women-only fitness training environment in Marin, we offer Women Only CrossFit training classes 3 times a week! And if you’re a Teen between the ages of 13-17, join us for a mixed Teen/Adult class 4 times a week! View our schedule for class times!
