CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Adults

The cure for the common workout, Ross Valley CrossFit adult classes are open to all adults. (Teens welcome by invitation) Utilizing Olympic weightlifting movements, endurance training, and bodyweight-based exercises, this class will get you in the best shape of your life, guaranteed. Really. We said it. It’s that effective. Plus, every workout is different, so you’ll never get bored. You will be challenged to reach your potential in a fun and supportive group environment that gives you all the attention and motivation of a private training session, but at a fraction of the cost.

Women’s Class

This class, open to women of all ages and experience levels, is designed in the exact manner as the adult Ross Valley CrossFit Adult classes. That’s right. Don’t expect this class to be a breeze just because it’s for women only! The purpose of this class is to get you in the best shape of your life, while having fun connecting with other like-minded ladies. So bring your Mom, your daughter, your sister, your girlfriend, and your Grandma! Every workout will be scaled to the appropriate level for each individual, so everyone will experience an effective workout within their own comfort zone. Come ready to sweat, laugh, and connect with other fabulous females.

Intros

The one-hour Intro Class will educate you on the basics of CrossFit methodology, teach you some fundamentals, and expose you to a mini-WOD. You will get a little taste of what you can expect at RVC, as well as provide our coaching staff the chance to learn more about your training goals. Come ready for a great workout, and a lot of fun!

RVC Kids classes:

  • Instill a standard of health and a positive body image that focuses on what you can DO, versus how you LOOK.
  • Reverse/prevent obesity and other health issues related to diet and lifestyle.
  • Protect against injury, both in the game and on the playground.
  • Provide a community of like-minded individuals for support and self-confidence.
  • Instill and reinforce life skills such as focus, perseverance, dedication, motivation, and goal-setting.
