Improving your fitness can be done at any age or level of experience; it’s never too late to start moving! In fact, “age” as we’ve come to understand it, isn’t chronological. Your lifestyle choices, such as exercises practices (or lack thereof) and nutrition habits determine “how well” you age.

RVC’s Masters Fitness Program is a thoughtfully programmed & personalized 60-min. group class that will build muscle strength, enhance cardiovascular endurance, and improve flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Focusing on proper form and technique, an RVC Master Coach will guide you through thoughtfully designed workouts, personalized to YOUR needs and goals.  You will build strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination using functional movements; stuff you do already, like squatting, lifting, pulling, and pushing. You’re going to get healthy and fit, while having a great time with a great group of like-minded peers.

Each class will begin with a thorough warm up and mobility session. Then, your Coach will teach you the exercises of the workout, personalizing the workout to your current ability level. The workout will be different every day, keeping things fresh and fun, building your whole body holistically. Each class will end with additional mobility and a cool-down period. You’ll finish each class feeling accomplished, vibrant, and excited to return! Come dressed to sweat and have your water bottle handy!

Begin by scheduling your Complimentary “No Sweat” Intro Session.

This 30 minute appointment provides an opportunity to meet with a Master Coach to discuss your unique goals, and address all questions and concerns. Together, we’ll determine the best way to start you on YOUR path to fantastic health. This might mean jumping right into a Complimentary week of Masters Fitness group classes OR scheduling some private training sessions before getting into group classes. When you schedule your appointment, you’ll receive a questionnaire to fill out in advance of meeting with your Coach. Please fill it out completely, as it’s an important part of creating YOUR unique fitness plan.
