Improving your fitness can be done at any age or level of experience; it’s never too late to start moving!

RVC’s Masters Fitness Program is a thoughtfully programmed & personalized 60-min. group class that will build muscle strength, enhance cardiovascular endurance, improve flexibility, balance & coordination.

Focusing on proper form and technique, an RVC Master Coach will guide you through thoughtfully designed workouts, personalized to YOUR needs and goals.  

You will build strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination using functional movements….the stuff you do already, like squatting, lifting, pulling, and pushing.

The workout will be different every day, keeping things fresh and fun, building your whole body holistically.

Each class will begin with a thorough warm up and mobility session. Then, your Coach will teach you the exercises of the workout, personalizing the workout to your current ability level. Each class will end with additional mobility and a cool-down period.

  1. Complimentary “No Sweat” Intro Session. This 30 minute appointment provides an opportunity to meet with a Master Coach to discuss your unique goals, and address all questions before taking class. 
  2. Free Week of Masters Fitness Classes If you prefer, you can bypass the Intro and jump right into classes. Ideal for the client who has been exercising regularly.

Masters Class is offered Monday, Wednesday & Friday 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
