The Group Class is perfect for the person who’s been exercising regularly and prefers to jump right into something new. Your RVC Coach will scale the workout to the appropriate level of challenge for your current ability and you’ll have a lot of fun! Scroll down to the calendar below if this option is right for you.
The 30 Min. Skill Session is ideal for the person who hasn’t maintained a consistent exercise routine, has chronic range-of-motion restrictions, or simply prefers to start in a private setting. This private appointment must be scheduled with an RVC Coach. Schedule your skill session here.
