Use punching mitts, pads and other boxing equipment, plus your own body weight, Upper Cut offers a high-intensity cardio experience that builds lean muscles, strengthens your core, increases flexibility and torches body fat.

 

Your coach will guide you through strike sequences, body weight-based exercises and focused core work to engage every part of your body.
