Use punching mitts, pads and other boxing equipment, plus your own body weight, Upper Cut offers a high-intensity cardio experience while toning your muscles, tightening your core, increasing flexibility and burning up body fat.

 

Your certified boxing instructor will guide you through strike sequences, body weight-based exercises and focused core work to engage every part of your body.

 

Never forget your water bottle and a towel, because UpperCut can sweat through hundreds of calories (often up to 1,000) an hour.
